Cancellations

Cancel by 2 PM local hotel time at least 24 hrs prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at the Bunk House at Cross Keys. If a pet is found in a room this will result in a $350 non-authorized pet fee. Service Animals are allowed when properly notified to staff at check-in. We do follow all ADA laws and regulations pertaining to service animals.
